1Data controller

Freddy Gervason, sole trader, trading name mfdy.digital, SIRET 791 744 501 00028, 23 rue du Rave, 69390 Millery, France. Email: contact@mfdydigital.com.

2Data processed

This website has no public user accounts and no advertising trackers. The data processed is:

  • The estimator: your answers stay in your browser as long as you don't send anything. The price range is shown without an email address.
  • Requests sent from the estimator or the contact form: first name, email and, if given, phone, company, city and message, plus your answers to the estimator and the page you sent it from. They are used only to reply to you. A copy is kept in a log on the website's server, outside its public area, so that no request gets lost.
  • Protection against abusive submissions: an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, kept for 24 h at most, limits the number of submissions per connection. The IP address itself is not stored.
  • The newsletter: your email address if you sign up, with double confirmation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Visit statistics, only if you accept them (article 5).
  • Technical logs of the server, kept for security purposes.

3Purposes and legal basis

Replies to your requests are based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on the legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The newsletter and audience measurement are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4Recipients and processors

  • Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, servers in the European Union) hosts the website, its logs and the request log, and receives requests in the contact@mfdydigital.com inbox.
  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc., outside the European Union) sends an internal notification for each request, read by me alone: first and last name, company and city if given, need, price range, email, phone if given, start of the message. It helps me reply quickly. The full details stay in the mailbox.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) hosts the newsletter list and sends the emails.
  • Google Ireland Ltd processes visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) only with your consent. The fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to Google Fonts.
  • Google Calendar, WhatsApp and Telegram: if you book a call or write to us through these services, you do so on their platforms, under their own privacy policies.

No data is sold or passed on to any other third party.

5Audience measurement and cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline audience measurement. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set: only your choice and its date are stored in your browser (keys “mfdy-consent” and “mfdy-consent-le”, with no personal data). You are asked again after 6 months. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for 13 months at most, with an anonymised IP address and no advertising sharing. Statistics are kept for 14 months at most.

For the duration of your visit only, the website also remembers that the opening animation has already been shown (key “mfdy-intro”, session storage, with no personal data).

You can change your mind at any time: manage my cookie preferences. The “Manage cookies” link is at the bottom of every page.

6Retention periods

  • Request log on the server: 3 years after receipt, then automatic deletion.
  • Emails and messages exchanged with a prospect: 3 years after the last exchange. If you become a client: the length of the contractual relationship and of the resulting accounting obligations.
  • Telegram notifications: deleted at the same time as the corresponding emails, 3 years after the last exchange at most.
  • IP address fingerprint (submission limit): 24 h at most.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs: 12 months at most.
  • Visit statistics: 14 months at most.

7Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@mfdydigital.com. If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
